This class is based on latest research into staving off Dementia & Alzheimers and includes stretching, co-ordination, mental agility and mindfulness.
Suitable for the over 55’s and/or retired. The emphasis is on having fun whilst future proofing your old age.
Fridays, 10.30-11.30, Cairns Hall, Knarsdale, £25 per 6 week course, £5 per session
Drop in or book. Small class size. Stay for coffe and biscuits after.
