Using your mirrors to reverse your car?

As we get older our joints tend to stiffen up and turning our head to reverse the car can become difficult.  We compensate for the loss of joint mobility by turning our whole body or by using the rear and side view mirrors.  Unfortunately, the compensation causes further stiffening.  As we have all heard: “If you don’t use it, you lose it.”

I can assist in restoring full and pain free movement to your neck so you can turn easily, smoothly and quietly (without the accompanying clicks!).

Using  a tried and tested combination of Emmett Technique, targeted Remedial/Sports massage (deep tissue), specific stretching and gentle joint mobilisations I have successfully treated hundreds of people with neck problems and associated headaches and dizziness.

Call or email me for an informal chat to see whether I can help you.
